We try to have our dock in the river & accessible for guests Memorial Day through early Fall. The Delaware River is one of the last free flowing rivers in the country. There are times when swift currents & high water require us to put our dock in flood position, restricting access. At Bridgeton House on the Delaware, we feel that a tip is a voluntary gesture of appreciation and we leave that to the discretion of our guests.
